I, Witness
I was right there when it happened. It was more like criminal mischief than any kind of mugging or robbery. He was not trying to steal the mic. He was trying to disrupt the broadcast. He and his wiseass friends were taunting and heckling whatsherface immediately prior to this live shot. They hated FOX news are were openly talking about messing with them. It was totally stupid. After initially being let go, it seemed that someone at FOX called over and asked for him to be arrested. Since he had stupidly lingered in the area, they just scooped him up and drove him off. He should have just gone home when they initially let him go and no one would have pursued him. It was a totally stupid act, followed by supplemental stupidity. But tonight, he's learning it in the clink, while the rest of us play with our new iPhones. Doofus.
