I never knew Napolitano was a loon. He sounds like one in this case!

In what world to the judge is it NOT illegal to disrupt an event like this? Disturbing the peace, anyone?!

The judge goes on to say that he this kid asked "profound questions." Give me a break!

He REALLY sounds crazy when he says that the actions of the officers somehow violated the US Constitution! THE GOVERNMENT gives free speech rights. An organization that holds an event has no reason to allow clowns to go on long rants, use obscenities, etc. They have a right to control the event and demand that students not be allowed to make a circus out of it. They also have a right to confine questioning to a certain period of time, and when they say final question they can demand it be final question (this kid apparently rushed the mic and demanded to have his question answered after they said there would be no more questions.)

The judge is out to lunch on this one.

The Judge deep down in his heart is a bleeding heart liberal.

I have to wonder if he's a liberal. He comes off as if he's trying to show he's a conservative traditional values guy, but he comes off as a closet liberal often times. Not that this issue itself is all that conservative or liberal, but in a general sense I'd think conservatives would be on the side of the officers and demanding personal responsibility for this fool who wanted nothing but to cause chaos and get attention he clearly never got as a child.

A pig to the slaughter? The video makes it clear that the guy was fine a moment after being tased. What can cops possibly do? They tase for their protection, the protection of those in the audience, and the clow himself. It's either a taser or a club to theback if you ask me- you haveto do SOMETHING.
