I’m beginning to think there is a WEMPLE’S LAW:
Saying something POSITIVE about a FOX personality one day requires and equal and opposite NEGATIVE story the next day.

    • Cecelia

Oh, that is a hard fast media imperative.

In any media criticism writers MUST make reference to Fox being as bad lest they be accused of being a relativist at best, angling for a job at Fox at worst.

    power play today

energizing the hatred off illegal immigration is a guaranteed loss. once again the republicans cannot see the forest because those ^&%*&%^$^ trees are in the way. since almost everyone breaks the law daily in one way or another the outrage over the word “illegal” is selective.

    • Cecelia

Everything you said is nicely arguable until that last sentence of silliness.

      • gcblues

not everyone has your authoritarian heritage. in my family, we were proud of breaking stupid laws

        • Cecelia

Well, you’re the guy who has chosen to live in places like that.

(None of that has anything to do with the fuzziness of your declaration.)

          • gcblues

oh no, i only broke the law daily in the USA. just like everyone, except you offff couuuurse.

          • Cecelia

And you wonder why there’s a stereotype.

          • gcblues

i use 7.2 surround, thank you.

          • Nixon – niihpikiiookani

You get out of line in your current home country, and you are in more than a little trouble.

          • gcblues

no diff if the USA gets a hold of you. are u under the impression you are safe?

          • Larry Kelly

            Done fine so far.

          • gcblues

            just lucky.

          • gcblues

as have we all. earned it too:)

          • Nixon – niihpikiiookani

I’d rather take my chances here, than with the Sandinistas.

          • gcblues

the distinction is more that you know them than real risk. every day people in the USA are unfairly banko’ed, robbed, govt lien’ed, confiscated, audited, denied, etc etc. if anything, i am a fool because i have a legal foot in 2 worlds. not that either of the 2 worlds are less risky.

          • Larry Kelly

I avoid doing anything against the law, but mattress tags… they have to go.

          • gcblues

when in the USA i found it easier to ask for forgiveness than try to do it legally.

          • Nixon – niihpikiiookani

They won’t allow me to scalp people, no matter how much they deserve it. Damn White Man’s law.
