You haven’t seen anything yet regarding Trump. Wait until he drops out out of first in the polls. The temper tantrum will be worthy of a two year old.

  • Larry Kelly

Shame the Pope got suckered into the climate change crap, but if he works on his English and has a dish put on the Vatican, a little FOX NEWS will put him on a better path.

    • Cecelia

The Pope is a marketing genius. He has been gotten so much out of giving so little.

A year from now the mainstream media will label the pedophile priest issue a tempest in a teapot.

  • Larry Kelly

I didn’t know it until today when he told the story, but did you guys know that Brian Williams saved the Pope’s life thirty years ago when he and Bill O’Reilly beat back an angry mob in Argentina?

    • Martha

LOL !! Those two should back each others stories up !! They would make a Great team !

  • Grandpa D

Trumper tantrum: When will Trump quote Obama? “Fox is not a news organization.”

    • Cecelia

      First Trump…next the Pope….

  • Michael T

My compliments to Fox News for taking a stand against Donald Trump where they placed principle over ratings.

    • Hear, hear.

    • ramjet

The question that comes to mind is, did the decision to cancel Trump come from O’Reilly or from FMC executives.

      • I assume the latter. Bill wouldn’t cancel an appearance by his friend.

  • Larry Kelly

Wemple to the defense of FOX. A friend indeed.

Catholics as far as the eye can see.

Sitting here in my recliner sampling the cable news coverage of the Pope reminded me of just how many Catholics there are in certain key positions in prime-time cable television + late night on broadcast TV.

Not only are all three late night hosts (Kimmel, Colbert and Fallon) former altar boys who are Catholic, but so are some MSNBC and FNC anchors/hosts (I think).

    7 pm
FNC – Greta (a former Catholic)
    MSNBC – Chris Matthews

    8 pm
    FNC – Bill O’Reilly
    MSNBC – Chris Hayes

    9 pm
    FNC – Megyn Kelly
    MSNBC – Rachel Maddow

    10 pm
    FNC – Sean Hannity
    MSNBC – Lawrence O’Donnell

Corrections welcomed as always. I’ve been known to have some senior moments.

    • Nixon – niihpikiiookani

For what its worth, Greta is now a Scientologist.

      • But not in a preachy, close-minded, I-must-convert-you way that followers like Tom Cruise are.

        • Nixon – niihpikiiookani

          I don’t think that she’s ever mentioned it on-air.

        • gcblues

Catholics also do not roam the barios looking for converts like johos, mormans, 7th dayers and evangelicals. the “miracle” channels in countries that are not 1st world outnumber sports channels. they still sell bits of cloth and vials of water, roll in the dirt ranting in tongues, do the fake cures etc. for all the water projects, orphanages and homes built for poor people one would think they could lighten up on the scam aspects.

      • Michael T

I also believe all three co-hosts on Fox & Friends are Catholics or former Catholics (Elisabeth).

        • Nixon – niihpikiiookani

As is Lily Langtry (Patti Ann Browne). With her in the fold, us Catholics are in good company.

Trump – “Fox News has been treating me very unfairly…” Translation – “They aren’t kissing my a**. Don’t they know who I am? I’m Donald Freaking Trump. I was declaring bankruptcy when Megyn Kelly was still in diapers.”

Wasn’t Eboni based in Los Angeles?

If so, perhaps she needs a little time to relocate to New York and get settled. Just a wild guess on my part.

      • I didn’t consider that. I’m sure Tamara Holder, for example, went through the same thing when she moved to NYC from Chicago.

  • GSwizzle83

CNN called the debate like they saw it. Fiorina won. They weren’t pushing an agenda.

    • gcblues

after the debate … however during the debate they played like the national enquirer desperately wanting to show dead bodies. the desire to lead with the bleed devalued the entire affair. last i checked, and i was just there, the USA is in deep doo doo.

  • Whoa. NextGen Climate dealt any right-leaning FNC viewers a middle finger by buying airtime during The O’Reilly Factor.

    • Larry Kelly

As they did during Special Report.

  • It is uh-noy-ing when Bill gets staccato, which I’ve previously addressed with his “[name]…is…next” bit. And when he said “up-a-head,” his voice went high-medium-low. That’s equally annoying.

    • Juniperro Serra is neither Scandinavian nor German. The “j” is pronounced like an “h,” not a “y.”
