Good catch. I added it to the post because it's important. If Gibson is being replaced, why don't they just say so?

I think this year fox news wants to do something different that can just focus on politics. I dont think it will ax show that beats cnn and msnbc all the time-and maybe the big story is in a election year hiatus. Big story may not appear on the schedule but its page is still up. It also gives John a break from doing is tv and radio shows. he can focus just on his radio show now. as for johnny posts about John just being called a radio host-that was the focus of the segment and they just wanted to focus on that. Now I can be totally wrong but its only my Opinion.

I think the Big Story is history, because election HQ has legs through November. After that, there will probably be another option exercised. The other changes coming down the road are of continued interest.

Johnny: Because I regularly record "Red Eye," I have noticed that Fox has flip-flopped "Special Report" and "The O'Reilly Factor" at 4am/5am ET.

Looks like I guessed wrong about Tucker's replacement. I suspect there's still something in the works for Maddow.

Just added the link. Look like we were ahead of the game on Saturday when we raised that possibility. At least they mention that Gibby and Heather will still be around. Maybe they'll give Gibson a "Jack Cafferty" type role, the show's resident grumpy curmudgeon.

Spitzer is apparently NOT resigning! I thought it was too good to be true.
Anyway, I don't fault FNC; E.D. just said she had picked it up off the news services, so her source did not get it right.

What are the Odds Keith shows up for work tonight?
I mean, with a big Democratic scandal... I think I hear the bubbles a-poppin' already.
