OK so why is O'Reilly on at 8:00 pm? They've been promoting the Huckabee show for several days, but they're showing Mr Bill?!?

That's what I'm wondering, too. What the hell?!

Weird, although Huckabee was a remote. Lot's of things can go wrong at the last minute.
But that was last nights O'Reilly. Unusual to repeat it the next day. This seems to be a last minute decision.

Well my understanding was they were doing the show from Huck's usual studio, with remotes from that NYC town. If the remotes went bad, why wouldn't they just continue with the studio show?

Well, while yuz guys were wondering what was going on at FNC. I was stuck waiting for someone at the airport in a lounge that had the t.v. on CNN 'The Pretend Network'. We pretend to be balanced.
First caught the end of some show where the host was playing some taped interview with Mike Steele, then the host would cut to two guys, one a Republican party state leader against some far-left radio guy from XM radio.
CNN host, far-left (out-there) XM radio guy. beating up on a state Republican chairman (I think he was from Florida)
Then it was some special AC360 Money Forum. It had a bunch of Obama rooters on it and for balance they had,(you guessed it) David Gergen. I looked up this guy's BIO. Check this.
"David Gergen is currently a professor of public service at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government and director of its Center for Public Leadership. "
Professor of public service?????? Well, there you go, A pretend professor on a Pretend Network, pretending to be balanced.
Also Cooper ratings going into the tank could be traced backed to a few weeks (maybe a month ago) where he ran a piece about how the Republican Party was declairing (in his words) 'All out War" on president Obama. I'm sure he lost a few viewers over that one.
Campbell Brown? No need to go into that, No bias, No Bull, No one falling for that sham! Though it will be interesting when she goes on leave in a few weeks and the far-left, right hating, Roland Martin takes over. We could see Olby hit bottom (that would be sweet).
And Larry is just Larry.
But CNN says they are doing well. Okay, so the Pretend Network can pretend they have ratings. Whatever!

I fear that Roland Martin will make Keith look tame.

The smarten up link is on the money. CNN has become a feeble voice in the news. I've seen the word cloud applied to websites before, but it's usually for Digg or other such childish means.

Though the "new info" article on Olbermann's Twitter convulsions is devastating, I think Caleb misses the overriding message of this, and other recent Olberembarrassments.
" The incompetence that led to Keith Olbermann naming Twitter the “Worst Person in the World” is staggering. He smeared the popular service and a fellow liberal Democrat enemy of Fox News, because he got an email he didn’t understand, about a technology he didn’t understand, and neither he nor his staff did a click of research."-Caleb
The reason this and other pathetic episodes of slander, totally false accusations and attempts to demonize people happen is not "because he got an email he didn’t understand, about a technology he didn’t understand, and neither he nor his staff did a click of research."
The reason is simple, basic and goes deep into the psyche of Keith Olbermann, the standard-bearer of MSNBC and truncheon of NBC News.
The reason is Olbermann's arrogant, all consuming, perveted hatred. Hatred that is easily apparent to anyone who has eyes to see and ears to hear.
Hatred that remains without any accountability for as long as the grown ups at NBC News and MSNBC allow their problem child to run amuck.

Thank God! I was afraid amidst the Twittering, FoxNation, Huckabee computer problems and CNN ratings dive you'd overlook it. But there she is -- the weekly picture of Julie!!

Thank God, Johnny, that you had enough space for both Julie Banderas and the KO twitter hornswoggle.
I really would have been disappointed if you left the Twitter expose off. Disappointed, but understanding. Guys will be guys, praise the Lord.

Uhh Kirk...that pic is from Red Eye. Agreed that we need some variations on the Julie pic though. Lots of options there.
