Re: Abrams going after Rush.
How dare he! And O'Reilly said almost the same thing tonight as well.
Democrats have their DNC and many 527 groups out there attempting to do all types of things re: advocacy, voter fraud, etc. We republicans have a very impotent RNC,, who helped us lose Congress, and brought us John McCain, of all people, as nominee! So it is incumbent on Rush to help out where he can.
What is so un-American about letting us decide who BOTH of our choices will be in a Presidential election? By Republicans crossing over, they are exercising a preference, albeit not their first choice.
O'Reilly and Abrams had better investigate the actions of the dems re: their role in voter manipulation before going after Rush.

Look at what someone named "Ezra" posted:

Mr. Colmes, the more i watch H and C, the more i’m convinced…YOU ARE A BUMBLING IDIOT ! You make liberals look bad. Take a cue from your partner, Mr.Hannity and learn how to listen to the person you’re arguing with. Also, use some better cosmetics on your face when you’re doing your show. You look like a propped up dead person!"
I couldn't have said it better myself! So many times, Colmes is just putting forth a contrary opinion even when the guest puts up no argument. We know Alan's supposed to be there to counter what Sean and conservatives believe, but sometimes there is no argument. Yet Alan tries to start one anyway, and looks simply idiotic.
Or maybe the H & C bookers need to do a better job in finding contrary and/or combative guests, or at least those opposed to a certain topic.

I've said before that I think Colmes is the sharper, better debater on that show. Hannity's more flamboyant, but he seems to always resort to the same bag of tricks, as well as his penchant for rattling off lists. I think Alan bests him more often than vice-versa.

I cant' stand the show H&C. ESPECIALLY when there's more than one guest on a time. And MUCHO ESPECIALLY when more than one person is talking at a time.
Hannity spends two minutes to ask "Is the sun hot? [Starts counting fingers] It's yellow... It's really big... It's powered by thermonuclear fusion... It's the source of all the energy on Earth.... It's a star... It's made of hydrogen and helium and so on"
And then you have Alan.
Alan: "What makes you say that beheadings have anythign to do with Islam?"
Guest "Well..."
Alan interrepts: "I mean you say they're Islamic but Osama Bin Ladin himself denied it. Why are you blaming a great and beautiful religion like Islam of supporting beheading when they say no. Are you a bigot?"
Guest "Alan!"
Alan interrepts: "I see , cant even answer the questiona nd we're supposed to take your word for just because? You conservatives are no different then the people you say you're against. It's outragous really. Oh we're out of time. Guest, you are a NAZI"
