The "Back Of The Book" video clip reminded me of the lawsuit filed a couple of years ago in Florida. A women demanded that she appear in a full burka in her drivers license photo which would kind of make it hard to establish an identity wouldn't it?

Kudos to Laura as well for sharing last nights WPITW honor with Bill. Must be comforting to know that he is watching the Ingraham Angle.

As a resident of Michigan less than an hour from Dearborn, I can say that the area has not only bent over backwards to accept their culture, but has denounced American culture completely in some areas.
You drive through there, and every business sign is in Arabic. No English subtext, just dirty looks at this white boy cruising through "their" area. Arabic thugs and gang bangers, looking hard, rollin on dubs, 100% trash.
Those McDonalds girls (how important is it to them to work there anyways?) need to put their headscarves away and be happy to live here and not where they would be second class citizens, just above the kafirs.

Before I clicked on the Kurtz link, I thought to myself "he's going to paint FBN as some kind of failure." Bingo! I closed out of that link after 20 seconds, which included looking at a picture that made Neil Cavuto look heavier than normal.
Speaking of Neil, I hope he's recovering well from the throat surgery of a few weeks ago.

from London. He is so hot standing outside on this sunny day, under a clear blue sky.
We forget how great he looks, up close and personal, as opposed to sitting in that chair in the studio.

To think that objective journalist Matthews may be on tap to be a Democratic nominee for Senator and he never ever sees any Democratic talking points. Not even a press release generated by the Democratic party . . . Not even an Email sent by any Democratic campaign organization (they have Dem talking points) . . . Nothing! Kind of boggles the mind, doesn't it?

That was funny, but I closed the poll by accident. I didn't intend for that to happen, and it's open again and will stay open until midnight Sunday night/Monday morning.
Please check it out by casting a vote to make sure that it's working properly.

Poll is working fine. BTW I'm impressed with the poll software, especially the way it sorts the list at random.
I went with Olbermann but Chris "Tingle" Matthews is close. Conservative hosts aren't in the tank for anyone as they all don't trust McCain.

I ended up voting for Matthews. He beats out Olby for being in the tank the most by a few feet; very narrow decision.

Moving on...
I couldn't stomach watching the "Honor Killings" special, but I did see a preview on "America's Election HQ" at around 5:30. It was the part where Gregg Jarrett goes to the brother's house in Westchester and gets cursed out by him.
On a lighter note, but still an unsettling one, I recorded "The Tonight Show" from last night on my DVR. Triumph the Insult Comic Dog was on. I got around to watching that a few minutes ago. Unfortunately, Triumph hopped on the OlbyBandwagon and bashed the evil O'Reilly. With Kevin Spacey holding a list of jokes that were "cut" from Triumph's "Factor" appearence a few years ago, the dog puppeted by Robert Smigel made one crack about disputing "the No Spin Zone" moniker and another about leaning to the right more than Ann Coulter. Or something like that. I don't know. I immediately stopped my recording and erased it.
A year and a half ago, I lost all respect for Joel McHale and "The Soup" when he attacked "F&F" and FNC. (He subsequent "Countdown" appearances have affirmed that feeling.) Now, I've lost all respect for Triumph, and by extension, Robert Smigel. I still have an MP3 of Smigel's June 2 appearance on "The Dennis Miller Show," but I just can't think of him the same way anymore.

Sorry, couldn't stomach watching the entire clip from 'Americans PROPAGANDA Room'....however, it was my understanding from REAL news agencies that the Pentagon would not allow Obama to visit the wounded troops. Not much Obama could do about that.
I also understand that this was the 1st time in American history that a Presidential candidate was not allowed to visit wouned troops...that this was a rule that Bush/Darth Cheney implemented with their all inclusive "executive power".
Of course, leave it to Fixed News to say that Obama was turning his back on our troops.

How could a person go through life so uninformed? It's my understanding he has no idea what he's talking about.

OS, you are assuming he is uninformed. Remember that we have established that commenters there out and out lie. That possibility is always present at the kennel. It's one of the reasons that give rise to the suspicion that some of them are in fact newspooches in disguise.

Two "verrrry interestink" developments at NH re the Obama non-visit as reported by Fox:
1. The original report, by Chrish on 7/25 Fri 2:11 PM, still contains the line, "Not clear from the (Fox) report is the fact that the visit was cancelled at Pentagon request." Chrish recently added a Reuter's report, which was deleted when I posted it, that contains-
a. "We told him he could visit Landstuhl (Regional Medical Center in western Germany) with his Senate staff, but not with his campaign staff," said Army Lt. Col. Elizabeth Hibner."
b. Retired Air Force Maj. Gen. Scott Gration, an adviser to Obama, said Obama had opted against the visit.
"Senator Obama had hoped to and had every intention of visiting our troops to express his appreciation and gratitude for their service to our country," Gration said, but added: "Sen. Obama did not want to have a trip to see our wounded warriors perceived as a campaign event."
2. The latest NH report on the subject is titled:
Barack Obama Explains Decision To Cancel Troop Visit In Germany
Reported by Deborah - Sun 12:42 AM
and contains "his (Obama's) decision to cancel a visit to wounded soldiers in Germany."
So, Chrish posts here own contradiction to her original report, yet the line that the visit was cancelled at Pentagon request remains uncorrected while I remain "put on delete," Deborah, to her credit, contradicts Chrish's report, stating that it was an Obama campaign decision to cancel the visit, yet the NH litter, somehow, find ways to slam Fox for doing, or wanting to do, or would do in the future, things that they have not done, while ignoring who decided not to visit!!!
How lame, how whacked is that???
It's a perfect world at The Hounds of Asskerville.

I have several questions for you, if you are willing to answer.
I take it that your definition of a newspoodle is one of the followig; someone who is paid by NH?; someone on the staff of Newshounds; or someone who is a part of the the gang that put Outfoxed together.
Could you clarify your definition of newspoodle for me?
Earlier, you seemed sure that John t is not a newspoodle. Why the apparent certainty that he is not?
Are there any who have posted at Newshounds or here that you are certain are newspoodles?
If so, would you be willing to indicate who they are and the reasons for your certainty?

I always thought a newspoodle is anyone who is subservient, or a poodle to, the ideologies of the NHs.
By that definition, john t is a newspoodle.

Newspoodle = Newsmutt = newspooch = biased basset = various other snarky terms. All synonyms for newshounds. It's a writer's tool to avoid the using the same term over and over again, while getting in a little light-hearted dig at the same time. I use those terms to indicate that I'm talking about one of the newshounds.
Any mention of john t that I made was that he doesn't admit to being one of the NHs. I am of course not certain if he is or isn't. There's no way to tell from the outside. The suspicion arises because john t has repeatedly claimed this or that was proved "by the IP addresses", and only a NH/newspoodle would have access to the admin pages of the site to see the IP addresses.
There are several explanations for that. John t is just making it up. One of the NHs told john t that and he was gullible enough to believe them. Or john t is himself a NH in disguise.
I have my suspicions about people who post and who they really are, but unlike their crowd I don't want to make a charge without documentation. So everybody gets the benefit of the doubt from me.

You know johnny, I made a comment a while back that the NH's john t should have recognized as an old quote from when I'd comment at NHs regularly but the john t here didn't get it.
I wonder if you are correct to assume that john t here is not john t from NHs. I am quite knowledgeable about the IP address lie that was perpetrated against you and me.

Fox Fan,
I was using your definition earlier, but some things that Johnny said made me realize that his definition is different.
Thanks for the clarification. It is probably good not to make charges unless you can prove them.
As you point out, the NH project is as spin off from the Outfoxed project. I do think that the NH circle is broader than the people who presently write for NH. After all, as you point out, NH is brought to us by the same people who brought us OUTFOXED. I suspect that some of the people who were on the production staff of that movie still help out by sycophantic posting at Newshounds and by trying to create disruption in sites that are critical of Newhounds.

The MSNBC recipe would be a delicious dish. Of course, it is basically the BBC World Report. How would that play to an American audience? Probably not all that well. We seem to enjoy our nasty exchanges, our white girl gone missing stories and possum juggling in the morning. Still, it would be savory!

FF I'm not saying that our john t is not their john t. The way that he posts over there about what he says over here leads to the assumption that they are the same john t. But the question of whether john t exists at all or is just a sock puppet of one of the newshounds is one I cannot say one way or another.
