Good link on David Gregory's new show. I think the jury is still out. The format can be a bit clumsy at times, and the talk overs, particularly Scarborough and Maddow, can be tiresome and irritating. I think one of those British formats in which everyone is around a table and interjecting freely but politely might be good. It would certainly showcase Gregory's considerable talent. Still, I think we may have a real jewel here when all is said.
As for Griff: a cowardly weasel. How can anyone respect the man or his work? Actually, I know little about the man or his potential. He could be very good, I suppose. He does have a cowardly, weaselesque mission, and he works for a terrible sleaze. Not much room from professionalism and credibility. Maybe he can rise above his current mission and O'Reilly some day. The latter might be difficult.

How can you hate Griff? He is like ultra Mr. Niceguy. He did a good job hosting Red Eye too.
Plus he's undeniably cute. Undeniably.

He does seem to be a nice guy, doesn't he? Maybe he just has a rotten assignment. As for cute, I don't do it.

The Hot Air link to Griff's ambush and the retaliatory confrontation directed at him had a strong anti-BOR/Griff sentiment. That was especially the case in the comments. Either of Michelle Malkin's blogs hate BOR and only liked "The Factor" because she was on it and filled in for him. The commenters even wanted her to take over the show altogether.
Okay, I need to stop. I'm frustrating myself.

Griff is like a mo rocca wanabee. He got in the face of that judge that was sueing the cleaners for a large sum of money for losing his pants. Griff would appear on the Fox shows wearing some funny pants. He tries to be funny and witty but his pieces are very fluff and juvenile. He looked kinda scared in that ambush.

Anybody have the context for Earhardt's "Hitler did great things," as mentioned in the mediabistro link?

You'll find the video via the "worst person" link in Tuesday's link post, plus some discussion of it in the comments there .

Did Ainsley really mean that or is the whole thing being taken out of context? The impression that today's link and Tuesday's link seem to give off is Ainsley is a naive, ditzy Nazi. That just doesn't seem logical.

Well check out the comments in that Tuesday thread. It was an unscripted ill-chosen analogy, not a comparison.

Thank you. I didn't really pay attention to the comments on Tuesday. Now, that I've seen them, you explained the situation in there. Sorry for making you have to explain again.

Okay, I saw the video. Just what I need: to think of Julie Banderas in a way other than professional.

I hope whatever is on against the "Countdown" special on March 30 clobbers it in the ratings.

You can still think of her as professional, just a different type of profession.

Come on Mike, can't she have some fun with this? I loved the spoof!

It was a good spoof and it's always nice to have fun. I guess my status as a lonely single 26-year-old clouded my judgment.

Julie Banderas is very professional on her news shows, and is a great asset to FNC.
Red Eye's a show where the anchors can "let their hair down" and have some fun. Julie really enjoys herself whenever she's on there, and is one of their best guests.
