Troubling Questions About Fox News’ Role In Ensign Affair Still Unanswered
Reported by Ellen - June 20, 2009 - 7 comments
Fox News has NO obligation to report a story they are working until they have ALL of the facts at hand.
unlike News Hounds and Media MAtters. Both whom traffic in sleaze, lies and distortions.

In my opinion, Fox owner (Murdoch) is Satan and the acolytes in his employ are his apostles of hatred, ignorance and darkness.

This little bit of nonsense comes to us from our friend Crazy Bill at the Hen House.
He's commenting about Priscilla's post regarding some inappropiate comments regarding Obama's father.
Does anyone else see the irony here?

From a News Hounds poster. I am still laughing at this one.
Our aim is not to eliminate conflicting opinion, rather the contrary as they can enliven the debate.

I can think of one very intelligent poster from here, who went over there to offer lively debate. After she did just that, they called her a c##t.

Hey Blackfon, some of their more disgusting rumours (lies) were debunked ages ago, and they will still proclaim that "questions remain unanswered". Actually, it's worse than that. They will simply proclaim that their rumours are gospel truth and that anybody who says otherwise is a troll.

Skank ho mAnnie with the pancake flat fanny is sinless in Fauxville because she talks the talk and will spew talking points with unquestioning zeal.

Where is Priscilla when you need her? After all, she constantly whines about real or perceived statements like this from Fox.

Olbermann's problem is that he's just gotten so damn boring.
He's got to find a new boogey man other than Dick Cheney. I think Sara Palin is done for him too.
Maybe if some new Republican pariah emerges from the health care debate, he can capture some excitement again, but I don't think so.
Olbermann's biggest problem IS the wholesale adoration of Pres Obama among media elites and the Democratic control in govt.
Keith is part of the establishment now and that doesn't excite interest.

Spud at ICN appears to be revelling in Gawker's successful revenge against Jesse Watters. I'm sorry I went to ICN just now. That's what I get for being bored.

I'll wait until Monday to see if Gawker was "successful". I probably agree with Spud. Ambush "journalism" is childish. Usually both ambusher and ambushee look bad.

It seems like the only way for Da Prez to get more favorable coverage on MSNBC is to kill someone and get sent to San Quentin.

Live by the sword, die by the sword, Mike.
You haven't seen the video, so you don't know if it's embarrassing or not.
Unless Watters lost it and acted like an idiot, or was doing something illegal or immortal, how bad could it be?

You know, I have registered and tried to comment on Gawker many times but my posts NEVER make it through.
Invariably there will be some supposed conservative making racist remarks or calling Obama's daughters dirty names and THEY will make it through, but my regular ole non-inflammatory stuff gets punted.

I've noticed Geraldo brings Ann Coulter on a lot (like tonight). I wonder why???
I'm thinking she was already scheduled to be on before the mess in Iran expanded. She said on her website Friday that she as coming on so she must have been booked before they decided to go wall-to-wall with Iran.
The Ann Coulter, Charles Krauthammer, Julian Epstein, Geraldo exchange at around 10:30 est was a bit awkward.

I didn't link to the Gawker piece because I thought it kind of odd: they had their ambush interview, but won't put up the video until Monday. So I say it's not a story until the video is up.

Will you know, it takes time for Gawker to do for the video what they did for that picture of Michelle Malkin...

No "Fox News Watch" at 11:30. In fact, it's safe to say that any pre-recorded programming this weekend will not air.

Will there be any such thuggery in the Gawker video as appears in the Jenkins "red carpet" interview when the Acorn "O'Goomba" kept "walking" into the FNC cameraman?

Does anyone think that the Heinous Hens of Houndland will even mention MSNBC's no weekend coverage of the Iran crisis?
Oh, I forgot. The only "Watch Fox so you don't have to".
Of course they will mention other organizations only when it fits their hate Fox agenda.
Stay classy Hens.

Just how far does Ellen have to stretch to find "bias" on Fox? Go go Gadget dishonesty!

From Gawker:
At approximately 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, we ambushed Bill O'Reilly's stalker-producer Jesse Watters outside his home in Huntington, N.Y. Details and video will be up on Monday morning.
It's now more than 48 hours later, officially no longer monday morning on the East Coast, and Gawker still hasn't posted the video.

Oops! My mistake, Gawker did publish it, I was looking at the original weekend article.
Saw the video, what a non-story. The goons at Gawker really believed they accomplished something.
If they really feel the way the do about what JW does with these "ambush interviews", the hypocrites at Gawker would be going after a number of people, including Michael Moore.
