Did I just hear a CNBC reporter on Morning Joe claim that 0bama has pumped more into GM than any bank?

So GE is a "bank" only when it suits their purposes?

I just heard a report that the murderer in the Tiller case was a known anti-Abortionist, who was also known for believing in "justifiable homicide." I think I also heard that this was not his first offense.

If all that is true, I don't really see how O'Reilly can be blamed for much (not that folks won't try). The guy clearly had a "goal" (if you want to call it that), and odds are would have attacked Tiller with or without O'Reilly's reports.

It begins....

It sure does...and I wonder why I do not hear reassuring words of tolerance, from the same leftist speech monitors, that always accompany their similar denouncements of violent acts done in the name of islam?

"IT," is political point scoring...it is personal axe grinding....it fills empty cable news network time slots that need such mindless and inconsequential subject matter.

It will be demogoguery, religious hatred, and sanctimony.

It makes it easier for the writers of COUNTDOWN tonight. Olbermann is set to go!

Sorry INB - When I posted my 12:01, I hadn't yet had my second gallon of coffee! My mistake, my message was intended for NVH.

My apologies and thanks for your comment.

O'Reilly also has Iraqi blood on his hands; the invasion he cheered for caused the death of around 100,000 innocent Iraqis. How "pro-life" is that of him?

VP Joe Biden
SoS Hillary Clinton

liberal Mecca:

"Despite the startling success of Maddow and the recent addition of Schultz to an increasingly liberal lineup that also includes MSNBC’s first breakout star Keith Olbermann, getting anyone other than on-air talent like Schultz and Maddow to admit the obvious -- that the rising cable net is in the process of re-branding itself as the left-winged equivalent of right-leaning industry leader Fox News – can be difficult."

1. "startling success of Maddow" NOT SO MUCH
2. "MSNBC’s first breakout star Keith Olbermann" BROKE & OUT
3. "the rising cable net" SUFFERING FROM ED
4. "is in the process of re-branding itself" RORY O'CONNER, AlterNet, MUST HAVE BEEN PULING A RIP VAN WINKLE. THE "PROCESS" HAS BEEN COMPLETE FOR QUITE AWHILE.
5. "the left-winged equivalent of right-leaning industry leader Fox News" EQUIVALENT???

First Quarter of 2009: Fox News averaged 2.3 million viewers during primetime, MSNBC had about 950,000.

For the total day, Fox News led with 1.2 million viewers, while had MSNBC with 473,000.

Among the key adults 25-54 demographic, Fox News was also the highest ranked in both total-day and primetime averages. The network finished the quarter with an average 511,000 viewers in the demo during primetime, up 19% from last year, and 317,000 for the total day, up 23%. MSNBC tied CNN in primetime average viewers in the demo with 343,000, up 7% from last year, and 180,000 viewers in the demo, up 11%.

In all of cable, Fox News finished the quarter as the second-most-watched network in primetime, behind only USA Network. MSNBC placed 24th.
