Rick Sanchez is a loser.
I won't repeat the comments on HotAir regarding Rick. But I support them.

Thanks for the heads-up, Lyons.
Topped only by Keith Olbermann, Rick Sanchez is truly one of the biggest jackasses on cable news.
When he's not overtly passing on blue blog fodder of the sort that would make a Kos Kid suspicious of its accuracy, he's being a sarcastic and snidely partisan jerk.
Sanchez is a charter member of the Carol Simpson School of Journalism in that he thinks being a member of a minority group places him above any responsibility to be objective.

I'll bet Dave Schwartz, Cheryl Lemke, and Eboni Deon weren't the only TWC (The Weather Channel) meteorologists to be let go. I don't know what to make of this. I'm stunned...again, as I was with E.D. Hill's non-renewal earlier in the week. It's just too bad. The only plus in the Olbermann Broadcasting Empire's...I mean NBC Universal's layoffs is "Forecast Earth" was whacked. Good riddance to it. The bad news is Heidi Cullen, the environmentalist--again, sorry, I meant climatologist--version of Keith Olbermann, was kept around.

The layoffs shouldn't really affect me since I rarely watch TWC anymore outside of Local on the 8s and occasionally watching during severe weather, winter storms, or when a tropical cyclone is threatening the East or Gulf Coasts.
