I have news about our favorite troll, the li'l feller.
He's been sending me messages of love and joy. Besides sending his love to everyone here, he's had a few choice words for me - most are variations of the "F" word. It seems little Patrick has homophobic issues. He has taken issue with my saying that I didn't believe him when he claimed to be a vet. In order to prove that he was a vet, he shared this charming story about his days in the service when he and 9 other fellow soldiers violently assaulted one other soldier, punishing him for his daring to correct another soldiers spelling. What a brave man this little guy is.
He's also requested my address. He claims he wants to visit me in order to personally demonstrate on me some of the things he learned while he was a soldier. I offered to give it to him, all he had to do was give me his address and I would mail it to him. His desire to come visit me seemed to vanish at that moment.
Such a wacky one this li'l feller is!

Watching the Judge. He just mentioned Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) demanding that the guy who caused the Newark Airport fiasco last Sunday be prosecuted. The judge says "He Caused? The gov't has cameras everywhere watching us scratch our noses, and when one camera doesn't work we want to prosecute someone who wasn't seen because that camera did not work?" Interesting take.
I've been at most major US Airports in the last 8 years, mostly American, United, and Continental terminals. It drives me crazy that the situation at Newark as we've just seen is almost the same everywhere else. The only physical barrier in place to prevent people from doing what this guy did consists of a rope and one guard who can walk away or fall asleep. What ever happened to walls? Revolving doors allowing one-way passage only? Even two guards and two ropes?????
My condolences to our Vice-President, FNC just reported that his mom passed away today. It is sad, but it's also cool for a couple of reasons...from VP Biden's POV, his mom got to see him become Vice President, but also the simple fact of still having your mom around for 67 years. That is wonderful. RIP Mrs. Biden.
