This is a little off topic, but Cablevision added five more HD channels this week: MTV, VH1, CMT, Fuse, and NHL Network. That's great, but one channel is still missing from HD and SD: FBN!

Johnny,
I'm happy for Hume that he's retiring and gets to spend more time with his wife, etc., but it's such a loss for FNC.
I have never read anything but the highest praise for Hume from everyone from the late Peter Jennings to Andrea Mitchell.
Good for Hume's wife, bummer for the rest of us.

I completely understand why FNC didn't get the top ratings on the debate (in prime time, total they still won).
I will not watch a non-HD channel for special broadcasts that are simultaneously shown on HD and non-HD channels. Neither will other people I talked to at work today who like FNC.
I watched it on PBS. Other people I talked to said that while they watch FNC over CNN, they watched it on CNN.
I realize that FNC is broadcast in HD in a few select places, but nobody I've talked to yet has it. Come on Fox, give us what we demand and give yourself the HD-snob ratings!

I've had FNC HD since late July.
Along those lines, welcome to FNC, Glenn Beck...even if it won't be until spring. March, I guess?

I never had it with Comcast and last week I changed to this AT&T Uverse thing and it's not here either. I called Comcast about it and I'll be calling AT&T about it too.
