I hate to sound cheesy and fawning, but I have to say that your piece "Was Olbermann lying then, or is he lying now?" made me laugh it was so dead on! Olby almost looks like a little kid pulling a fast one to cover his ass.

I wonder why Kurtz wrote his article when BOR is on vacation and won't be able to respond to it on his show, which does have several million viewers a night?

John-O, Johnny did hit another home run with that one, didn't he. BTW, I am perfectly happy to be cheesy and fawning when it comes to Johnny!

I sometimes wonder if KO knows for certain sure himself but I have to vote that he lied on his show tonight.

Haha, right on about Johnny's work, Grammie!

And what did you think about the Kurtz piece? The word "obsession" is used ony once, and it refers to Bill towards Keith (although I should note that during Kurtz's sit-down with Olbermann, he did ask him about his obsession w/ O'Reilly, so maybe I shouldn't complain).

Johhny linked to an article two or three weeks ago about the feud and the writer did the same thing as Kurtz. He characterized BOR as being obsessed with KO and the only quote he cited was one BOR made.

Go figure.

The ICN article was right-on....this quote is particular:

"Capus can’t have it both ways. He can’t complain about O’Reilly’s over the top gross misrepresentations when Olbermann has been making over the top gross misrepresentations of FNC people for quite a while now."

This is what it has come down to....O'Reilly using the same tactics as Olbermann and now Olbermann and the rest of the hypocrites at NBC NEWS complain about the treatment. Throttle it back or grow up and take the punches...Don't be so thin skinned!

I didn't bother with the "Rove exposé" (I copied and pasted to get that accent mark in), and I gave up on the "Blame Fox" link as soon as the blaming of Fox (and Rove) began.
Where is exactly does Bill Schneider's ideology lie? What degree of left? He can't be right...unless he jumps into Bill Bennett's or Tony Snow's (two CNN conservative contributors) bodies.
Excellent post at Inside Cable News.

"It's a conspiracy" Some people have way to much time on their hands.

I agree.
I'm sorry I haven't commented in a few hours. I was learning the hard way that a friend didn't want to talk to me anymore. So, I sent her a farewell voicemail and have written her out of my life. That's all I'll say about that here.
In discussing "MS/NBC White House analysis" on "Fox and Friends" this morning, Steve Doocy went after Oralmann for naming his son Peter the Worse Person (3rd Place)--"the World's Worst Person," in Steve's words--two weeks ago. If you have the recording, Johnny, you should probably put it up at OlbyWatch.
