I thought I heard this guy say he was the pastor of the "First Baptist Church of W. Memphis, Arkansas". So I went to the church's website to check him out:

I see no mention of any guy named "Marty" on the church's staff. And I find it hard to believe anyone who was a big fan of George Soros would be a congregant of a Baptist church in Arkansas!

You'll notice his was some type of stock audio clip inserted into the show, not Gibson himself. Presumably, an editor found the stock clip, then Gibson and the editor yucked it up.
