I'll trust the CIA professionals who served their country with honor and respect rather than Mickey Rourke....

Ooops, sorry, I mean Mr. Ventura.

Brian Kilmeade does a great job here despite the usual demogoguery and stale personal attacks.

I would like to see Keith Olbermann try to do what Brian did here.....He'd have a nervous breakdown and wet himself.

I hope it was understood that the demogoguery and stale personal attacks were from Nacho Libre and directed at Brian.

Ooops, sorry again, the similarities are AMAZING. I meant Mr. Ventura.

The other subject.....

Mr. Cooper, (unlike "Beavis" Ana Marie Cox, "Butthead" Rachel Maddow, Shuster and Olbermann "ha, uh, ah, uh, they said tea bagging! ha, ha, ha, uh, they're TEA BAGGERS!) shows great class and humility:

"Protest is the great right of all Americans, and it's not my job in any way to make fun of people or disparage what they're doing. If people took offense to that and felt that I was disparaging their legitimate right to protest, and what they were doing, then that is something I truly regret, because I don't believe in doing that."

Did someone ask Coop why he finds it hard to talk while engaged in "teabagging"? Is that what provoked the "apology".

"'The Women's Media Center has been working for the last four years to make women more visible and powerful in the media,' said WMC president Carol Jenkins. 'Now, with our first awards ceremony, we have a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge some of the women who are making a difference in media - and to offer our criticism for some of the year's most shameful media moments.'"
Maddow's one of the first honorees!

I suggest the following clip to cover both the "visibility" part of the quote above as well as the "shameful media moment" that is supposed to be ridiculed:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLsKt4O4Yw8

I also wonder if Keith Olbermann's exchange with Michael Musto about Miss Claifornia will be shown as a shameful media moment?....

How about David Shuster's pimping comment about Chelsea Clinton?

From Shep to Greta, and the BOR rerun, they all beat MSNBC and CNBC combined in total viewers. From Shep to Hannity, and the BOR rerun, they all beat MSNBC and CNBC combined in "the demo", Greta just barely missing the target, but still coming in first. Fantastic job Fox!

Speaking of double entendre (and Cooper apologizing for it), an inadvertent and non-derisive occasion of it just happened on Glenn Beck's show.

It involves chopsticks and M&Ms...

From Ellen(the serial liar) comes this idiocy.

Fox News posts a banner on the screen that whitewashes Perry's threat and maybe in his zealousness to discredit us Koldys/Dollar thinks that's not standing by Perry but I'll bet that most people think otherwise.

"Most" people think otherwise?? Hey Ellen(the serial liar), rational and clear thinking people know that Gov Perry was in no way spouting exremism. It is not extremism to expect your government to follow the constitution.

You have an agenda. It automatically makes any statement you make about Fox News suspect.

We win again
Looks like Fox had to stop the fight early and save poor scared Brian K. Don't come to a debate without the facts people. What a bunch of losers.

can't complaint with what jesse has to say. one lawyer says its legal, one says its not, but to deny its torture is not honest. that said torture comes in many degrees, and shouldn't be a catch all buzzword. these "enhanced interrogations" sound approproiatte for the murderous terroists we absolutely knew were guilty. who says their guilty w/o a public trial? well at some point you have to trust the judgement of the ppl we put in power. not the pimps at the top.

Kilmeade did a great job with Ventura. We make them more radical? What kind of horse crap is that? They had the corner on that going way back, dude. The reason we didn't waterboard McVeigh and others, IDIOT VENTURA, is because they were American citizens protected by our laws. The enemy combatants in Al Queda don't belong to a country called Al Quedia. What is so hard to understand that these are radical people who belong to no specific country, don't wear a uniform or fight for a paticular country. Brian had him when he asked if he had recovered from his waterboarding. What a jerk.

"Don't come to a debate without the facts people."

###
I'd really like to know what "facts" Rowdy Roddy Piper brought to the debate.

Ooops, my bad AGAIN!....Mr. Ventura only provided his opinion about waterboarding being torture based on his personal experience of it and then slipped into the usual demogoguery about who has served in the military....the debate ended there...no facts from him....sorry.

Brian held his own and again, I compare this activity to other cable hosts like Keith Olbermann.....When Olbermann debates Ollie North (who also has been waterboarded and fully supports our honorable and professional men and women in the CIA for doing their duty) then I will have some respect for the left's currently silly opinion on EIT's.

Brian was willing to face an alternative opinion....What about Olby?

This is why she can't carry her own program. SHe has a terrible tendency to over interrupt.

Her condescending manner of speaking doesn't help either. She always sounds like she's chiding a kindergarten class whenever she's trying to explain something.

The Hens wet their panties because the think Ventura has done something bad to Fox News. Do they ever think that maybe, just maybe, this is part of his act? He has been appearing all over TV giving his opinion. Of course his idea about waterboarding McViegh is silly on the face of it.

And yet the Hens were all atwitter.

Yes, even the Hens can be, and usually are, ignorant.

Please not that Ventura is their latest "top dog" only because he took on Fox.

PSSST!!...Hey, Ellen, it's an act. You've been pnwd.

Jesse Ventura Does It Again
Reported by Ellen - Wed 12:38 PM
I've never been a huge fan of Jesse Ventura but I'm having a change of heart. After his boffo job on Hannity Monday night, Ventura took his stuff to Fox & Friends to talk torture Tuesday morning. Once again, he didn't take any guff from anyone

Part of his act? Maybe? But also part of what makes Fox so successful. They want people like Ventura to come on and throw some flack. Ironically, the Queen Bee's post is at its core praise for the programming at Fox News.

Interesting to note that Ventura, who seems to have views so contrary to the viewpoint that the Kennel dwellers claim that Fox has, is appearing so often on Fox.

You are right Johnny - they are praising Fox programming and the idiots don't realize it.

Exactly, Johnny. Sometimes in their zeal to smear Fox, they inadvertenly praise them.

You would think that someone with at least 2 ounces of common sense would get it. They don't.

It's funny that it is rare we can say the same for Keith Olbermann specifically or MSNBC generally....The editorial choices there seem to like echoes back and forth with the guests nodding in agreement as Olbermann, Maddow or Schultz are asking their questions.
