Fox News factchecked Palin's coin remarks?
Oh, no. The News Pups probably are wetting their pants over that one.
Let's see if they even acknowledge it or use it to find a way to smear Fox.

J$, I wanna hear more about the Hannity deal. Did Sean really pull video from the wrong rally... or is there something we're missing? If that really did happen, he needs to issue a correction. That's a pretty big mistake, and pretty embarrassing... should have tried to get in front of that story (if he knew about it).
What's the deal?

I put a question mark on the link because it comes from Jon Stewart, who himself pulls clips from all over the place to make his points. Right now the ball is in Hannity's court to either debunk this or admit to it. I don't consider Jon Stewart to be a newsman or his show to be cable news--he's a comedian. But that doesn't mean he's wrong.

Classy Cankles the clown....Like I said over at OW.....Carrie Prejean may not be Sonia Sotomayor or Michelle Obama, like he stated last night....
....but Keith Olbermann is not Edward Murrow or Walter Cronkite.

RE: Sean
I'll believe Jon Stewart. Hannity will twist things to make it appear one way when it isnt. I recall a few months back Hannity got caught cropping Obama speeches. more than once

The video was assembled from photos sent in by FNC viewers. The editors made a really nice tribute out if it.

They did a good job with it. That last photo, of the boy laying on the tombstone was very touching.

Newsliars alert:
Fox News: Rupert Murdoch Doesn't Really Think Obama's A Racist
Reported by Ellen - November 11, 2009 - 11 comments
"News Corp. spokesperson Gary Ginsberg"
Gary Ginsberg works for Newscorp, not Fox News. And since News Corp owns alot of media, you could say: the NY Post or Fox affiliates or what ever else News Corp owns said Rupert Doesnt believe Obama is a racist.
I mine has well say:
Fox News dropped Butch Sterns, which is a flat out lie since it was a Local Fox Affialite. another stupid mistake from the liar in chief, ellen

J$ is there any way for you to request a comment from Hannity producers? I would love to get to the bottom of this before the "spin" takes over the story. If it is true, Hannity should take his lumps. If it is false, they need to get out ahead of the story.

Not really. I don't think I'm the guy to get a comment from Hannity's producers.

Well I said the ball's in Hannity's court so tonite he's going to take a swing at it. I predict it will be some sort of apology for a mistake rather than a debunking of the charge. I have to wonder if this sort of thing would have gotten by if Alan Colmes were still on the show.

I wonder how hannity it will spin it. Maybe he will blame a producer or intern for the mistake.

DRUDGE is reporting Major Garrett will be interviewing Obama while in China.
I thought The White House was going to deny FNC access at least through the end of 2009...
Oh well....Good news for Fox....bad news for the haters.

I haven't seen the video, but assuming that Jon Stewart is correct, it may have been an unintentionable error by some techie, producer, or intern. It might have been deliberate though I don't think that's the case. Even if it was the former, I would hope Hannity wouldn't acknowledge that but just simply say it was a mistake and it was his responsibility.

Speaking of bad news for the haters, what's the latest with the Beck Advertiser boycott? How's that going for them?
In an unrelated note, it was great seeing Harris Faulkner on The Factor last night. We need to see more of her like that, seems like she's got such a fun personality, and of course she's drop dead gorgeous.

We can only hope it was a poor producer or PA... I could sure use a new job, and an opening there might be a nice leap. Or is that just me being selfish?

Not selfish, just setting good positive goals for yourself! I think it would be great to work at FNC.

FNC is spinning - and they know it. You're naive is you think it was and "honest" error. It's been a pattern. They've alway overstated crowd count. Sure blame in on some little guy...

Re: "Stay classy, Keith": In a separate post, Tommy Christopher redeemed himself in the eyes of Olby by picking up on his Worst Person attack on Bill O'Reilly and Brit Hume last night. Rather than be the grammar police and spin Brit's clarification as Brit correcing the "lying so much" O'Reilly, Tommy cheerled for the public option.

Is Dobbs anti-immigration as the NYT says or anti-illegal-immigration?
There was a delightful interview between Imus and LIz Claman this morning, Johnny.

Notice how with Fox the hater allways says you have to be naive to think it could be a honest mistake but Newshounds and MM outright lie everday and it's allways a honest mistake in there sick twisted minds.
Some body pulled tape...I doubt SH pulls his own tape.....so that means is was a tech....and a union tech at that.
That said it's SH show so he should say he was sorry and leave it at that......to most it it wont matter....to haters nothing will change whats left of there minds.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if, instead of what we are all expecting him to do, Hannity instead turns the tables on Stewart, proves that the tape he used was genuine, then rips Stewart for a few of his slice-and-dice editing jobs? Yeah it would, but that ain't gonna happen, cuz it looks like Hannity got this one wrong.

Olby could have only been classier if he gave Prejean the pointer, middle, and pinky fingers. As OS would say, (the) shocker!

Oh, boy. Keith played the ratings card again in WPitW. O'Reilly had the nerve to say "I have the highest rated show, Colmes" last night. So, the ratings challenged Olbermoronn threw "Dancing with the Stars" into the ratings equation. Wow. I wasn't aware that was a cable news show, or on cable at all. How dare you have the unmitigated gall to use that show, and its host, as a club to beat your Olbsession over the head with.

Well, South Park hit Beck tonight. Although, I thought they were going somewhere with the story... it kinda fizzled at the end. A little disappointing really.
But, the Beck stuff was pretty funny. J$ check it out for tomorrow.
