What do you think are the odds that Greta will leave the evening lineup; Beck will take over Hannity's slot; and Hannity will move to Greta's slot? Beck is really informative. I especially liked his show where he demonstrated that the states who are worse off right now happen to be Democratic controlled Liberal states while conservative states tend to be better off. That's something that the public should consider when selecting members of Congress and Presidents. That's the press doing its job.

Remember, you are asking Beck to do his morning show. And then hang out 8,9,10 hours to do his show on FNC. Plus, why would Hannity want to move?
What are you going to put in at the 5PM slot that will get Brett Bair a great lead in? It ain't broke bro, don't fix it.
If I would do anything it would be, repeat Beck at 11pm instead of 2am and push everybody except Red-Eye, back an hour.
If that does not suit you, go on youtube and search Glenn Beck, there's a guy who posts the whole show. (same day around 9pm)
And as I have stated before, Greta has been #1 in her slot for how many years?

I just get flustered a little when people talk about ditching Greta. She has been winning her slot for how many years?
Why would anyone want to fool with something that is blowing away the other channels is beyond me.

I know that Greta has made some noise about being tired of her grind. That has been reported on this site. If she does leave the evening line up, I would expect that Ailes would want to give Beck a prime time show. Unless he is determined to have a woman host a show in the evening.

Yeah Danny, but you are asking Beck to do a 15 hour work day if his FNC show goes live at 10PM. I don't care who you are. That is major burnout.
Myself, I would not want to put that burdon on him or his family. Would you? You have a winning hand from 5pm to 11pm and beyond. Don't mess with it.
It's just beyond me why Greta has had winning numbers for many years and nobody defends her. I don't like Hannity, but I would never move him out of his slot.

Can somone please explain to me how Olbermann can still have a job? From his making the grandchildren of Inhoffe WPITWs (yes, going after kids now) to his blaming 9/11 on Bush last night. How is this man still allowed a microphone? He is sicker than sick; he is a disgrace. I know his has few viewers, but does NBC not ever get concerned about his insidious behavior?

"Please confine your comments to cable news."
It was about cable news...it was about Glenn Beck.
[No it wasn't, and the rest of this comment was removed for the same reason. Word of warning: if you keep using this same tired trick to inject your political hobby-horses into the discussion you will go on vacation. The trick I'm referring to: I just read where X (someone unconnected with cable news) said or did something. I wonder if Y (someone connected with Fox, in this case Beck) will report/condemn/say something about it. That's more transparent than Saran Wrap. Try that just once more and you can pack your overnight bags. --your friendly neighborhood SiteOwner]

Hannity Smears Breast Cancer Victim In Order To Attack ObamaReported by Ellen - February 13, 2010 - Comments
Now, I am not a big fan of Hannity's. He used to be here in Atlanta and I thought he was childish much of the time.
But, he never "attacked" nor "smeared" the woman in Ellen's post.
He laid out the facts as seen here.
. “As it turns out (Shouse) DID have insurance. Now, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch describes how Shouse went into debt in order to put $30,000 into her business. Now she also skimped on health care. She opted out of routine exams and chose a catastrophic policy with a $5,000 deductible.”
he played a clip of Shouse (whom he now called “Shrouse”) saying, “I put off and put off and put off getting preventive services and medical screenings and treatments and eventually I was forced to go in after several years of realizing that there was something wrong and I had delayed treatment for several years and eventually, in October of 2005… I was diagnosed with breast cancer that had already advanced to Stage 4.
Those are factual statements from Hannity and the Shouse woman.
Ellen seems to think that since Shouse put $30,000 into her business BEFORE she was sick absolves her of the CHOICE she made to go into debt instead of taking care of her medical needs.
These are the kind os stories the left just loves. But they always leave out the question of choices. Shouse made a choice to put money into her business when she should have used some of that money to take care of her medical needs.
Life is about choices. Personal responsibility doesn't seem to be on the liberal radar screen.
So, Ellen, has made up a reason to attack Hannity when he actually told the truth. Yes, he left some things out but they did not change the fact that Shouse made her choices and she had to live with them. Unfortunately, she made some wrong choices.

Who cares? Dianne Feinstein wasn’t on record for mocking the president for using a telestrator as was Palin.
It's very stupid - John T style!
It seems that little John T thinks that writing a few words on a hand is the same as a teleprompter. Also, the jerk has no idea what a "telestrator" is. Maybe he thinks Obama provides commentary for NFL footbal games.

Yep, it is just another weak excuse to attack Palin. I guess since the Feinstein clip showed up, the liberals are somewhat embarrassed and need to vent their hate.
Of course, if Feinstein is so much better educated and smarter than Palin, why would she need to have notes scribbled on her hands?

I like Megyn a lot and have enjoyed watching her show when I can. She's a great talent. I figure she's got to be next in line for a prime time show if anyone in the regular line up moves on or retires.
But I was bothered by that Slate article. I'm a feminist, forget the "post," and to me, it means nobody has the right to call you a "bimbo" just because you're attractive and present yourself well. Why does the writer have to wonder if people would think of a smart lady like Megyn that way? And the comment about a view up her skirt is just straight-up low class. I don't think it's anything new that people in TV news, male and female, do better if they look good for the cameras. There are a lot of attractive newsreaders out there, but Megyn's also sharp, witty, and very good at interviews, and that's the #1 reason she's had so much success.
