Johnny, you have to see this!

First of all, it starts with a funereal MSNBC set, with Howard Fineman on Countdown bizarrely and repeatedly contradicting himself.

In the last of the video, Fineman's description of those who voted in Virginia is just too hilarious for words.

The entire thing sounds like a piece from The Onion.

Howard Fineman was all over the board showing he really had no real explaination for the results. His only motivation was to deny any admission that the results were news for the GOP, in general.

MSNBC is the place for politics?....How can they claim that now after such poor ELECTION NIGHT coverage with subs barely able to piece sentences together?....

Then they go into REPEATS of the evening's programs. IT'S ELECTION NIGHT, have some real journalists cover the results and the speeches if you call yourself, "THE PLACE FOR POLITICS."

Re: Keith

I checked in at 10pm to find the taped edition of the show. Later on at about 10:45 or around their I switched to FNC, and they had Shep on Live

Bad night for the Dems, so new "countdown" Keith and MSNBC hypocrisy shows so well. (as for FNC hypocrisy, I hardly watch the channel and won't rely on anti-fox news blogs for my info unlike some people

Palin should go on with O'Reilly or Shep if she wants to establish cred.

The interview with Hannity will be a "soft-ball" interview I agree that she should go on with oreilly. It would be a lot tougher for her than say hannity

Sarah, who after Hannity? John Ziegler? JD is right. That is no way to establish the cred she absolutely needs.
It looks like Shep Smith is staking out turf as an opinion guy. Another cred issue.

MSNBC "the place for politics".

more like

MSNBC "the place for reruns"

That is pathetic that they would resort to a rerun instead of doing anything live 2 hours after the polls close.

MSNBC really ought to go the TV land route and start showing Andy Griffith, Mary Tyler Moore, and Mork and Mindy reruns. They'd get better ratings.

Actually, they kind of do show reruns of MTM at 8 and 10 PM eastern time.

She is going on Oprah and Walters. I doubt those will be softball questions. She also posted on her Facebook page on some people she'll hopefully talk to.

BOR is on the list.

That's not exactly a challenging list. O'Reilly is probably the most likely of them to give her a real interview. I'm not expecting that Oprah will grill her, but Walters might be OK. I don't know why she's 'hoping' to go on O'Reilly. I understand that they've tried repeatedly to get her on, without success.

What do you guys think about Sarah going on Colbert and Stewart?

Hmmmmm... I don't think she should.

Leno is a good thing though...

Olbermann would never let her on, that's for sure. I'd like to see someone who could be a little free wheeling, like Shep. I think Geraldo might be an interesting choice. Campbell Brown perhaps, but why go on there since nobody would see it? Chris Matthews would be a hoot just to see him erupt ilike a geyser of spittle, but people are crazy to go on with him so I wouldn't expect Palin to do so. I'd give Coop a shot though. I wouldn't even rule out going on with Maddow. Rachel's made enough false statements about Palin that Sarah would have some good ammunition if she needed it. Of course, you aren't going to sell any books to Maddow viewers.

A long string of interviews with friendly talk show hosts is fine if you only want to sell a book. If you have higher goals in mind, like polishing up your image and cred, then you need people who will mix it up a bit.

Those silly folks at Media Matters:

"Hannity, of course, frequently uses his Fox News program as a platform for conservative causes."

WELL, DUH!! Hannity has said repeatedly he is a conservative first and republican second. And both shows he hosts are opinion based.

How dare he. Media Matters also complains:

"Fox News hosts, political analysts spend Tuesday celebrating and shilling for conservatives and GOPers"

How dare they! They all are conservatives/republicans

Is media Matters that dumb? headline:

"More Fox News fundraising for GOP: Rove shills for Republican Governors Association to help Christie in NJ"

Their proof? a KARL ROVE TWEET

Since when does Karl Rove host a hard news show on Fox News? oh wait he doesn't

Then again MM is run by self-admitted liar David Brock

Johnny.....i thought that Doocy's lie over news week would have been caught by your eagle eye....but it wasn't to be. Thankfully my....always on...eagle eyes caught the lie and I leaped into action.
I didn't do it for the 'hat tip'.....I did it to draw publics attention to how easily Doocy lied. So far there hasn't be an on-air apology.

From the idiot john t:

"Since when did anyone on Fox host a "hard news" show? The stupid little Chris is not getting dumber by the day, he's getting dumber by the minute."
------------------------------------------

Since the idiot doesn't watch Fox news, he wouldn't know. But I wonder what "special report" is and "the fox report" and "studio B" and "The live Desk" and "Happening Now" and Americas Newsroom are (Yes not in correct order) But since he only gets his info from the newsliars, what would you expect. As for "hard news" News that effects people lives. Thats where I get that from, I heard it somewhere, What a dumbass john t is and he calls me stupid.

Thanks for reading J$P, john t
