While I have been a fan of Larry King, he has totally lost it, I am not sure if it his age, but he is just not the interviewer that he used to be. But then again I have heard 'rumors' that Ryan Seacrest want his job when he does retire. Now Johnny, what would be worse?

If CNN does replace Larry King, will they have to lay-off the employee who follows LK around with that battery powered fan?

Re: HuffPo and Scarborough

I'm at a loss as to how anyone could term Joe Scarborough as being "highly aggressive" or consider cohost Mika as being "brow-beaten".

I like Mika very much, but the fact is that no one else on the show is able to finish a sentence without her interjecting. When she's not playing scold, I generally appreciate what she has to say, have some personal similarities to her, and so have an interest in her.

I wonder if the HuffPo writer actually watches the show. Joe Scarborough is outnumbered by liberals usually three to one. If Joe's responses seem overbearing to the writer, I wonder about his tolerance for other views in general.

It's an enjoyable show for many reasons including an inside look into the what's happening in the psyches of journos. Their appetite or lack thereof for particular stories, etc.

Joe is the host and as a guy tainted with a bit of conservatism... he often must wrest those duties from the others, who naturally fancy themselves as being much more capable than "regular joe".

Mrs. Scarborough's text messages not withstanding, I think the HuffPo piece is bunk.

Johnny, help!

I only see any comments that are already there, I think that's what it is, after I post a comment. I can't follow any of the conversations.

Thanks!

I'm also having problems reading comments. The main page says "Comment (1)" when obviously there are more. And most of the time only one comment shows up under "Friday Links & Open Thread". I do see them all maybe every 5 or 10th time I click "Comment".

Seems to be a Haloscan thing.

O'Reilly and Hannity both got huge numbers. Olbermann came in third. MSDNC is melting.
