As usual, they just don't get. More and more people expecting the government to help them out.

Re: "Clinton wrong, Olbermann right?": Coming from Tommy Christopher, I am not surprised. Great Thanks.

The Mediaite writer (in his piece about Olbermann politicizing C.A.R.E.) doesn't seem to know the difference between the inherent political nature of politicians, political administrations, and political/governmental policy, with politicizing a private volunteer based charitable organization.
Would Christopher have understood Pres. Clinton's refusal to use the C.A.R.E. effort in Arkansas as what would surely be a political photo-op, if Sean Hannity had turned the organization into an emblem of the strides that could be made in health care via private charity and volunteerism?...
In this scenario, I suspect the writer would have understood precisely what Clinton meant.

Boy, that Tommy Christopher can really issue a stinging (if utterly self-referential) challenge:
He writes : "Its a nonsense question. Show me a Glenn Beck event that provides a crucial necessity to people, while at the same time illustrating the need for policy changes that are crucial to the well-being of this country, with which Graham agrees but still refuses to help with, AND then he takes the same exact swipe at Beck, and Ill answer your question."
Well, gosh, Tommy, YOU show ME a Glenn Beck event that was NOT an momentous and undeniably CRUCIAL landmark in galvanizing the citizenry to Minute-Man like action in the progress of freedom in this nation.
(If you think, Tommy, that you can issue a challenge based upon little more than a sackful of your own presuppositions, I'm going to come right back at you with all of mine...or with somebody's...)
