I've seen this site mature over the last 2-3 years. The writing, content, clips- it's all gotten better and better.
Johnny, would you consider a site forum at this point? I think a lot of users here would like a little more free reign over our topics of discussion, and now that there are a number of regulars we have enough people to make it a fun and challenging environment. It would also increase site traffic dramatically.

Fox Fan, would you consider seeking such a situation on Olbermann Watch? It's an open topic board (some limits apply) and since there is an enrollment process, personal integrity is a factor there, just as it is in real life interactions. In other words, it is now almost the equivalent of a well moderated site such as this one, and can't be turned into a troll-circus sideshow act.
There's an enrollment process going on right now. I think you'd enjoy the site and we regulars there would enjoy you too.

I would consider it Cecelia if that Scott character wasn't a regular there. I can deal with trolls, but not with people who are supposed to be on your side who accuse you of being liberal sockpuppets here in the comments and repeatedly harass you with graphic obscenities via personal email. No thanks, thanks to that hateful, lying POS. Worse character than Republican Killa, worse than Lucifer, worse than whoever philby is.

That idea seems to come up periodically. I'm not sure on that. It would certainly change the character of the site. Unless it was clearly a separate entity, in which case it wouldn't do much for getting more traffic to the site.
It's something the J$P Advisory Board will have to deal with.

Actually, I asked johnny for Scott's email after he started attacking me in the comments here so that I could try to explain to him personally that I wasn't OTM's alias as he was claiming.
I stopped responding to him months back after complaining to his email provider and he gave up on the harassment. I see that he still comments at OW and I'll have no part of it for that reason.
