I just couldn't figure out where the guy is coming from, he was all over the map. I don't think he even knows what he wanted to say.

Okay, I get it, guys.
I doubt this management shake-up at MSNBC will do anything to rid us of Keith Olbermann.

Is it impossible for Greta to make a cogent, rational argument, now? She is bordering on a tragic figure. What does, "She is a pig.," do to advance any argument. Once again, this could have been an important story. I do know a number of people who would agree with the argument advanced, who I have heard make the same argument. Given the opportunity to confront this prejudice, Greta sets on her can and repeats, "She is a pig?" I think I have lost the last little bit of respect I ever had for Greta as a journalist. A real tragedy.
As to other matters:
Let's leave Elizabeth alone. Se is blonde, she is endowed and she likes to make endowments. She is an FNC natural.
Kudos to FNC for objecting to the campaign ad with Garrett. I don't know if this ad ever really aired. So many are released to give the lazy "reporters" an easy story, that I am never sure. Still, I tire of this cheap tactic for politicians of all stripes.
I don't guess this ad was "accidentally" run on FNC?
Lastly, I must have seen the Chevy Chase "Generalissimo Francisco Franco Is Still Dead" sketch a dozen times today. I hope he is getting royalties.

Well, maybe Greta should have advanced the "cogent" argument of "sticks and stones may hurt my bones but names will never harm me"....
Of course she didn't attempt to make an "argument". She viscerally responded to what was a nasty soul revealing insult from an idiot.
I certainly think the term "pig" has gotten too much play of late...and I'd leave that particular epithet for violent criminals... but there was nothing stated by the Canadian columist that deserved Greta rendering up any sort of response other than the one she made.
That SHE did render up more by interviewing some other Canadian columnist, seems to have escaped you.

Funny, accusing someone of fornicating with a pig seems to advance an argument for some...
This weekend, Greta has a weekend special on missing white girls, oh wait, it's only Biden.

Johnny,
I'm not at all surprised by the piece about people who plan coordinated attacks on email accounts and websites.
Are you?...
I think we've all become very familiar with the holders of that sort of mentality in the last couple of years.

Everyone seems to be focusing on the controversy of Greta saying Heather Mallick "sounds like a pig" and "I think she's a pig" while no one seems to care that the Pub Crawling Ottawan, David Warren, called Ms. Mallick "a broad."

I am not sure wht the male equivalent of "broad" is, but if it is "dude," we have met ourselves.

Wikileak is hosted in Sweden where almost anything is legal to put on the internet. Under their laws, usernames, passwords, addresses, personal info, "secret" company info etc is fair game for internet publishing.

I had a 6 hour drive across the country today, vstol, and I missed your e-mail. The oranges are fantastic, the full, citric bite of those knotty little Texas oranges with the size and physical perfection of those tasteless California things. The cantaloupe is even better. The tomatoes better still. The asparagus the best. I am in heaven.
