Over at Chickaboomer, there's a photo of Megyn on the new set.  I'll tell you all about it when I get back from taking a cold shower.

I'm back.  Decided to go out and pick up a few car bumpers beforehand.

Megyn looks great, photo below  Watching the show now.  I like it.  Juan Williams and Steve Hayes giving a fair and balanced look at the White House and the war on terror.

I like that dress too I.M.RIGHT. Thank you for uploading it.

Very appropriate with a 50's era sophistication. I know that there are big Allie Camarada fans here, but I don't like her taste in clothes and she never quite looks professional.

Grammie
I noticed lately that some of the anchorettes have had hem lines to the top of the knee.  A much needed improvement to my mind.

I'm from an earlier age, I know, but I've never gotten used to women in professional positions with long hair, mini skirts and bare legged.

It used to be a rite of passage to wear silk stockings (with seams naturally), dresses below the knee and our hair up.  I swear it all seems upside down to me!

Patti Ann Brown seems to dress the most professionally, Grammie.  At least the times I seen her.

She amps it up on Red Eye which is appropriate.

PAB is petite so maybe her choices have to do with being taken more seriously.

On FBN, Jenna Lee always makes good choices.

I've never cared for Megyn, but seeing the way she smacked down Gloria Alred for Alred's frivolous lawsuit, I'm starting to be a fan.

Prissy stumbled across another video clip on the web, but give her credit for actually writing something about it. At least she didn't get anyone's name wrong this time. Now if she'd just watch Fox News instead of trolling the internet looking for someone else to post video clips, then maybe their slogan wouldn't be a lie.

Tonight's Reality Check segment will likely reply to the reviews of the Bold & Fresh shows in Tampa.

I was wrong.  It was actually excerpts from the Tampa show that was simulcast (on delay) Saturday night, and will re-run tomorrow, in theaters.

Another Media Matters minion shot camera phone video and took it out of context.  He meant billion, not trillion.  But on OlbyPlanet, that meant Oralmann could bring up Dame Andrea Mackris [Ding!].  (O'Reilly haters have all but knighted her.  Hence, my Dame title.)

I believe Beck re:  Arianna Huffington.  She is, in my opinion, quite the opportunitst.  She was married to Michael Huffington who ran for Senate in '94.  He lost and they divorced a few years later.   She was outspoken conservative then, but after the divorce, she went left.

In 2003, she ran for Governor of California when Gray Davis lost the recall.  She registered for running for office at the Los Angeles County Elections Board at the same time and day as Arnold Schwarzenegger.  That day, she was parked in her car near the entrance to that building and waited for some time for Arnold to show.  The news media had been alerted and were waiting for Arnold to arrive and go in and register.  Huffington knew this somehow and got there in advance of Arnold.  Before Arnold arrived, a local reporter did a segment talking about Arnolds upcoming arrival and mentioned that Huffington was there too, waiting in the parking lot.  Why she was waiting was not even discussed, no one gave it a second thought.  Arnold and Maria arrived, the news cameras were filming and the Schwartzeneggars posed for photos on the steps leading into the building.  Huffington took that opportunity and stood on the steps with them, one or two steps up, and between the two of them.  She was waiting for the photo OP.  A few weeks later, she dropped out of the race and is quoted as saying why.

"I'm pulling out, and I'm going to concentrate every ounce of time and energy over the next week working to defeat the recall because I realize now that's the only way to defeat Arnold Schwarzenegger"

How did that go for you Arianna?

Opportunist.

Excellent Friday ratings for FNC.  MSNBC did better by NOT having Olbermann or Countdown on.  FNC's "most trusted" ad below.  All good news.

Anderson Cooper just cratered, unless he had a sub-host Friday nite. If he keeps getting #s like that maybe he should go take over Regis's spot and make it Live with Cooper and Kelly.

I like Regis, but he's approaching 79 years old.  Amazing stamina to be able to do that show.  Cooper could be a good replacement.  News is just not his thing anymore, despite his Haiti efforts.  Terrible ratings.  It doesn't seem that long ago when he was almost tied with Greta, now she beats him 500% in the demo and 400% in total viewers in this latest ratings.

Newsbusters has the vid of Joy Behar completely getting the Ailes/Huffington discussion wrong.  Does anyone take her aside when the cameras are off and tell her "Joy, listen, you got it all wrong again."?

Joy Behar is one of those liberals who has no conservative friends. She reminds me of the congresswoman(whose name escapes me at the moment) who, when Nixon won in 1968 said   "I don't know anyone who voted for Ricard Nixon" or words to that effect.

The Latest from "Alex":
Fox News Parent Company, News Corp, Places 255 out of 581 Companies in Ethical Rankings; MSNBC Parent G.E. In Top Ten

Sure Newscorp is at 255, but Time Warner, the owner of CNN is 270

And "alex" made a slight error, GE is 7th not 6, . Xerox Corp. | Technology comes in at #6

"Alex" makes another mistake: " News Corp, the Rupert Murdoch - owned parent company of Fox News, The Wall Street Journal, the right-wing New York Post, Beantown rag The Boston Herald"  The Boston Herald IS NOT OWNED BY NEWSCORP!!  The Herald is owned by "Herald Media" at one time the herald was owned by News Corp-but no longer. Rupert had to give up WFXT or the Boston Herald-he could not own both, so he got rid of The Boston Herald. This information is in the book "The Fourth Network"

Taking a look at the media side: NewsCorp is 5, Time Warner is 7, Time Warner cable is 12th and GE/ NBC-Universal is not even listed-"Alex" wants to play with numbers, so Can I=Here is the link for the media: http://www.covalence.ch/index.php/ethical-rankings/media (Walt Disney is ranked number 1 in the media)

Ah, that. In fact I'm lucky it still works with the new comment system. Many people are complaining that their 'recent comments' thingie stopped working. I still suspect that when I least expect it it will just stop working, as some incompatibility arises and the new owners of the commenting software don't care about updating an old website widget.

I can control the placement of it, where it appears on the page, but the number of comments is shows, how much of each comment, etc, is all set in stone. Can't do anything with it.

Hannity's questioning of O'Keefe surprised me...it wasn't horrible. It wasn't that hard-hitting either but it wasn't spineless like I expected.
