Oh, stick it in your tone-deaf ear, Rich Sanchez!

If anyone reflectes narrow-minded judgmentalism and assinine portentousness , it's you!

Either Brodsky is purposely obtuse or has spent to much time at her local tap room.

After Dismissing And Excusing Attacks On Democrats, Fox Helps Cantor Make Partisan Hay Out Of Shots Fired At His OfficeReported by Ellen - March 25, 2010 - Comments  I happened to see this piece from Kelly today and Brodsky's description is the same old News Hounds smear job.As usual, Brodsky slipped in her opinion among the facts.Like insinuating that Kelly and Bair were being helpful to the Republicans.

Fox is allowed to slip in its opinion among the facts (at least you acknowledge that her post contained facts) -- why not News Hounds?  Of course we all have opinions . . . buttressed by FACTS.

"Of course we all have opinions . . . buttressed by FACTS"

After reading a lot of what JD exposed on Newshounds. I'm not so sure about that last statement.

Ash:  I'm actually quoting Blackflon, who admitted that Ellen's post contained "facts."  And feel free to respond to me with anything you don't believe is a fact contained in one of my N/H posts.  Put your money where your mouth is.

I think J$ does that nearly every week in his FHWiR.

Well, yes he does, and he's exceptional at it . . . but I was asking you, since you're the one who implied that I lie.

Julie, are you speaking of something in the past or misstating something you perceive in the present? You HAVE been shown to not tell the truth, but I don't think you lied recently...

Fox Fan:  I was replying to ash's statement, "After reading a lot of what JD exposed on Newshounds. I'm not so sure about that last statement," the last statement being that we all have opinions buttressed with facts.  I guess I'll propose the same thing to you that I did to ash -- if you believe I've been "shown to not tell the truth," I'd welcome examples.

Seriously, are you sh!!!ing me? I can get pages worth from the J$P archives!

Julie, please don't ask me to be mean and look them up. I like you too much.

No, I didn't mean get them from Johnny Dollar's archives -- that's his work.  I mean look them up yourself, and read them, and tell me where I've lied.

Well, I'm a lifelong non-drinker, but I drink Dunkin' Donuts by the gallon . . . if you're ever in Chicago, look me up.  Unfortunately (at times), I'm not in an "undisclosed location" . . .

Sometimes I wish I were a lifelong not doer of something.  That seems so disciplined and fresh.

It's not my nature though.

My world view is a quote from C.S. Lewis' The Screwtape Letters, where the demon Screwtape is complaining to Wormwood of the unfair advantages of God:

"He's a hedonist at heart. All those fasts and vigils and stakes and crosses are
only a façade. Or only like foam on the sea shore. Out at sea, out in His sea,
there is pleasure, and more pleasure. He makes no secret of it; at His right
hand are "pleasures for evermore". Ugh! I don't think He has the least inkling
of that high and austere mystery to which we rise in the Miserific Vision. He's
vulgar, Wormwood. He has a bourgeois mind. He has filled His world full of
pleasures. There are things for humans to do all day long without His minding in
the least—sleeping, washing, eating, drinking, making love, playing, praying,
working, Everything has to be twisted before it's any use to us. We fight under
cruel disadvantages. Nothing is naturally on our side."

JD,

So much for being cryptic.

Julie, would you please go to your Examiner blog, read the comments to Biden F-bomb, and, if you are able, I would appreciate you deleting my comment (double posted) since it has my home phone number in it.

Thank you in advance.

Uh, I'd wager by "the facts", Blackthon meant the rudimentary "Who, what, where, when".

MSNBC HYPOCRISY???  HELL, YES!!

O'Donnell calls Fox a political operation. To quote a famous tennis player,
YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!!

I'd like to ask the Head Honco at MSNBC why very few people even pay attention to their evening programming.

Julie, can't expand on liberals consistantly posting opinion as fact like Keith Obermann does on a daily basis, but have to watch Ingraham on O'Reily @ 8.  I'll be back so don't go anywhere!

Yup, can't argue with you there.  KO does it every day.  But Ingraham . . . come on, surely you have some standards!

sp check, Olbermann, Laura was great tonight in sleveless red dress & Bill, who has no problem with his masculinity was wearing his pink tie.  The give & take was rather tame as who can make Congressional Democrats more foolish than they are already.  Tomorrow's headline: who shortsheeted Sonny Hoyers bed?
