Re: "MSNBC's HD": And guess who immediately added it to their lineup, but still no FBN? Why, Cablevision, of course. The good news is they added channels like Big Ten Network and Style. Please add FBN next. Please.

One of my surprise guest host picks was correct: Monica Crowley is filling in tonight on "The O'Reilly Factor." Two more sevenths of Thursday's pre-empted show air tonight: Geraldo talks to Bill about the latest in the David Earls case, and Reality Check. Three-sevenths (3/7) to go: Policing the Net, Kelly File, and P&P/Mail/Word of the Day. I'd say none of those have a chance of airing, but I thought that none of the show would air. Thankfully, I've turned out to be wrong.

I'm resuming my viewership of "Red Eye" tonight. I knew it wouldn't be long.

When Bill has guest hosts on I often watch Beck instead since both are DVR'd. I watch Bill for Bill, it's his in-your-face personality and fact-based opining that keep my attention.

I'll probably watch the Crowley Factor, mostly out of curiosity. I've never seen her as an anchor. As a lawyer she may have an interesting take on today's SCOTUS decision.

Well since Red Eye was only on 2 days last week. Good for you Mike. Maybe you and (ICN)Spudly could get together and form a bog after this dandy from him.

Spudly of ICN: MSNBC and FNC have been covering a car chase. You’ve got North Korea, Iran, Iraq, a financial calamity, healthcare reform.

MSHUSSEIN covered Iran, Iraq, North Korea and a financial calamity, SPUDLY?

This has to be nominated for the moron blogger post of the decade or are we on MESSIAH YEAR'S NOW SPUDLY?

Grandpa D, I ended up watching the Crowley Factor too. After the intro, all I could think was yum-o Crowley.

I did not enjoy Monica tonight. I did a lot of DVR-skipping. The only segments I watched were the Thursday ones with BOR. This is why I don't watch when BOR isn't hosting: it isn't a priority and I don't need the stress of watching a different hosting style. Unless there's a best-of or previously unaired segment, I won't watch.

I just looked at your comment, FF. I basically said what you said.

An observation from one of those segments: in the clips of the late night hosts lampooning Gov. Sanford, David Letterman did a dumb guy voice ("we didn't know where he was") complete with facial expressions and miming a phone. When Dave did that voice and made those expressions, he looked like...wait for it...Keith Olbermann. Of course. What's the difference? Their ideologically sympatico.

I would be surprised if Monica Crowley gets to guest host again this week. At least I hope that's the case.

The way things have for me, the subs I don't like become regular fill-ins (Michelle Malkin, Laura Ingraham) while E.D. Hill is canned from FNC altogether.

I thought Crowley did OK. She was a little stiff at first when reading the prompter but as the hour went on she got better. I hope you're right, J$, I'd like to see her again.

Actually I meant the opposite. I thought she was stiff and lacked authority. And I'll bet there was a tune-out when she opened with the Madoff case.

I like the way Laura impersonates Bill's mannerisms when she hosts. Malkin added a whole new dimension to the show when she used to host. She projects more fire than Bill, and I liked that.

The one sub I never liked was Kasich. Nothing against him, he just never measured up to O'Reilly standards in my mind.
