Thank God for people like Marsden, they help to illustrate the juvenile inability of conservatives to wage an argument.
 
If all else fails, whine about Bill Clinton having an affair.
 
This is why you idiots were never able to beat Clinton, and a good 60% of the public approved of the job he was doing, and even Fox New's own poll shows that a heavy majority places the plame for 9/11 on BUSH, not Clinton.

Clinton WAS a do-nothing overrated president. He latched onto the GOP Congress' "Contract with America" and the good economy (including the dot-com bubble.) As for the budget surplus quoted ad nauseum it's cooked books - the mythical surplus was soley do to recipts from that great ponzi scheme Social inSecurity, which (since the Johnson Administration) have been dumped into the general fund.
