'You Have No Idea What Good It Does'

J$P Instant Transcript! Tony Snow returns to FNC.

From Weekend Live with Tony Snow, June 18 2005:

TONY SNOW [FOX NEWS]: Well folks, many of you have probably noticed that I've been absent from this broadcast for a little more than three months. That's because, as many of you also know, I was diagnosed earlier this year with colon cancer. Well, in February, they removed the colon, and I've started chemotherapy. As a matter of fact, here's a tv first: you see this? I'm actually undergoing chemo as we speak. I got a little fanny pack, it will pump in some meds, and it goes into a place on my chest. No worries--my hair's not going to fall out in clumps and I'm not going to get sick on the air.

But one thing I do want to do is to thank every one of you from the bottom of my heart. I have received calls, letters, emails, prayers, gifts, and every one of them is really good medicine. And one thing I would suggest is, if you know anybody else who's suffering right now, do the same for them. You have no idea what good it does.

colon cancer is very serious and SHOULD not be taken lightly- I hope snow recovers fully from this and where he works has nothing to do with his health-ANYBODY CAN GET IT

For all to see: Appleseed has ZERO examples of Tony Snow's "crap". Not exactly a News Alert, but there it is.

It's one thing to dislike a news network, but quite another to wish harm to someone who works there. Ever heard of a little thing called karma?
