Today it was disclosed that Gary Condit has settled his lawsuit against Dominick Dunne. I wonder if his son knew that info when he visited Geraldo.

Chad Condit embarrased himself during the interview. He came off as a guy who was very unstable, very frightening and out of control. It's amazing to think that he was in California politics and never really gained media skills. To melt-down like that in public hurts his father, but what can one expect? It would be difficult to defend your father when all that your father needs to do is to simply admit that he had an affair. That's the strange part of the story. Why won't Gary Condit admit the affair? It makes you wonder how twisted the father is and how twisted he made his own son. It's a sorry story, make unhappier by Chad.

Get a clue Chad. Admit you father had an affair and deal with it and don't take your frustrations out on a reporter.
