Megyn Kellyl just beat up Bernie Sanders (V-I). She called him out for being misleading, not answering the question, avoiding reality, and being a big phony over the healthcare debate.
WTG Kelly! Gotta get a clip!

Got to disagree with the Judge (how long before a Kos diarist writes that he'll be moving to MSNBC...), John Yoo's piece was hardly a mea culpa.

Did anyone see the Anderson 360 ratings commercial? The commercial stated that Anderson's 360 has bigger ratings that Fox News and MSNBC? Where is CNN getting the BS from?

I'm wondering how Maddow "let Buchanan hang himself" and how his remarks were racist.
Buchanan stated that Judge Sotomayor was not qualified and had been chosen for her gender and ethnicity, as point frequently made about Justice Clarence Thomas and VP nominee Sarah Palin.
Buchanan mentioned two minority member Republican nominees, one who he found extremely qualified (Miguel Estrada) and one he did not (Hariette Myers).
Buchanan cited the recent reversal of Sotomayor's judgment about the white Connecticut firefighters as a way of putting a human face to his point about affirmative action and about Sotomayor's judicial philosophy.
Buchanan stated that Republicans should make a case about this in the national consciousness, in the way that Democrats have made discrimination an issue and have fostered policy (that has of late been mitigated by courts).
For this he's called a racist and threatened with losing his job.
Always a pleasure debating with liberals...

Thursday's numbers:
Maddow beat Olbermann!
Must be the lingering Buchanan effect.

Thanks very much, Ashley!
I don't agree with Buchanan that the Republicans should make Affirmative Action policy into their chief rallying point, but I don't think it's racist of Buchanan to suggest that they do.
Liberals have spared no rhetoric in suggesting that without such policies it would be impossible for minorities to advance in this country and they've done that in order to foster a sense of dependency upon the Democratic Party.

This is interesting. FNC is running the Apollo 11 special as scheduled, but instead of commercials they're doing inserts on Cronkite with interviews, etc. Cronkite was a big fan of the space program, so it makes sense.

Gosh, if lefties are jumping to watch Maddow after her mildly heated SC discussion with Pat Buchanan, instead of firing Pat, perhaps they should make him co-host.
Her win over Olbermann has to be the best ratings news she had in quite awhile.
I wonder if the network will put pressure on Keith to interview evil conservatives, since the potential for a spat is what seems to attract an audience.
