Ellen, the Liar in Chief of the Henious House of Hens, has done it again.
Lies, lies and more lies.
Her latest screed is in reagrd to the Ricci v New Haven case and Judge Sotmayor.
She states "Well, it turns out Ricci has a rather lengthy history of filing employment discrimination complaints, including his first lawsuit against the City of New Haven in which he claimed to have been discriminated against because hes dyslexic. Thats right, the rights standard bearer against affirmative action was for it before he was against it".
Wrong, wrong and wrong again.
Ricci has actually file only one lawsuit on his own behalf. That was in 1998 when he claimed he was discriminated against because of his dislexia. Ellen claims Ricci was for affirmative action before he was against it. Wrong again. The 1998 lawsuit was filed under tHE Ameeican with Disabilities Act and had nothing to to with race or Affirmative Action.
Ricci's second lawsuit was filed with a group of firemen who were in fact discrimnated against because of their race and the fact that the City of New Haven was afraid of lawsuits.
So, Ellen's claim that Ricci's "lengthy history of filing lawsuits" is an outright lie.
Ellen then goes on her smearfest of Megyn Kelly and Fox because, once again, she does not like the way in which the news is presented.
Too bad, Ellen. You lose again.
It sure is getting easier to pick out the lies over at the Hen House.

The digital signal encoding process glitches, and you get a little block or blocks on the screen that don't change when the picture does, leaving an incongruent square of something else superimposed on the screen for a few seconds.

Johnny, I don't have HD but I do have digital and I see those little blocks on occasion on FOX. Can't remember if I have seen them on other channels. ill be looking closer now that I know.

The only "distinguished list" Geraldo should make is a "Distinguished Creepy Guy" list.
I'm not sure how Geraldo would place on it, but most certainly David Shuster would be at the head.
In fact Shuster would make another distinguished list too.
He'd most certainly be included as number two on the Distinguished Creeps List (as distinguished from "creepy") with Keith Olbermann there at #1.

I haven't experienced any macroblocking at all on AT&T Uverse. Pretty much everything I watch is in HD and time lapse, and FNC comes in 100% clear all the time.
